Midtown Project

The Midtown Redevelopment project was the rehabilitation of the 9-acre Midtown Plaza. The project was broken down into four phases that consisted of an underground service tunnel, underground parking garage, streetscapes, a security building, the demolition of most of the Midtown buildings, the adaptive reuse of the former Seneca Building, adaptive reuse of the former Midtown Tower, inclusion of new streets and open space, and creation of three development parcels-creating one million square feet of office, residential, hotel, and retail space.

RRA provided compliance services according to the Project Labor Agreement requirements and acted as a liaison between the Building Trades, Prime Contractor, and Owner. The project exceeded it's workforce participation goals with a minority workforce totaling 26.7% and 9.3% female workforce participation.
