Port of Rochester Marina Project (Contracts 1, 2 & 3)
The Port of Rochester Marina project, located at the mouth of the Genesee River on Lake Ontario, created a deep-draft marina basin with a capacity to accommodate 85 boats and surrounded by a park and public promenade which connected the Genesee Riverway Trail to the Charlotte Pier in Charlotte, NY.
In addition, the project also converted 2.8 acres of City-owned lands in the new Marina District between North River Street and Lake Avenue into a mix of residential and commercial uses. The combined costs of the contracts totaled over $20 Million. RRA served as the Independent Compliance Officer, PLA Contract Administrator and performed EEO reporting for the project.
