Wedgepoint Apartments

Known as the site of the former Downtown Motor Lodge, this location was acquired by the Billone Family in 2002. After conducting a neighborhood charrette, it was quickly determined that a new development needed to be built on this site, resulting in $16 Million investment in a 60-unit affordable mixed-use housing development in the South Wedge Neighborhood of Rochester N.Y


RRA was hired as the independent compliance officer to track, report, and verify the developer's good faith efforts in achieving EEO/workforce and Section 3 goals. This project nearly tripled its female workforce participation goal with an end result of 18% of the overall workforce being female.
